Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
The purpose of the Myers Briggs type indicator personality inventory is to make the theory of psychological types described by Carl Jung understandable and useful in people’s lives. The essence of the theory is that much seemingly random variation in behaviour is actually quite orderly and consistent, being due to basic differences in the way individuals prefer to use their perception and judgement. The MBTI tool can be used in a variety of situations including, improving communication, dealing with conflict, enhancing problem solving and decision making, team development, recognising and managing stress and leadership coaching and development.

FIRO-B (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation - Behaviour)
The FIRO-B is a powerful psychological instrument developed to explain how interpersonal needs affect behaviour and relationships. The FIRO-B results can provide an individual with an expanded understanding of their own behaviour and the impact of other’s behaviour on them. This information can help individuals to increase the effectiveness of their behaviour towards others, enhance their satisfaction in relationships, recognise options for increasing their job satisfaction, and explore alternative ways of achieving their goals. The three areas of interpersonal need are inclusion, control and affection.

Dimensions provides rich information about personality; how people relate to others, how they manage their work and how they control their emotions and energy.
