During his career Jason has successfully built, led and developed a number of teams across many different cultures and locations. He has often been appointed to roles in order to address issues in under performing or newly established teams.
Jason is a very experienced in recruitment and selection conducting interviews and running selection events from graduate to senior management positions.
Following his successful building and re-building of teams he established that this is where his passion lies and undertook formal psychology exams to underpin his experience. Jason has been free-lance since July 2007 and has built up a successful client base with all assignments coming through personal recommendations.
