Team Building

Whatever your circumstance we can help you, whether you have 2 staff or 20,000. Our programmes can last from a single day to many. Business Psychological tools can combine with any number of activities to motivate and encourage. The venues can range from on-site at your premises to luxury hotels - with every possibility in between. Of course a full management debrief would be included after the event. At Revolution we take care of all the arrangements, and the fee we quote will have no hidden extras.
Interim Management
If you feel you need a trouble-shooter to review your current structure and procedures and make positive proven suggestions to help, then Revolution has the knowledge and experience. Unlike many other consultancies we will not make our recommendations quickly and then leave you to implement them unaided. We are able, through years of business experience, to offer a complete service. A thorough review would take place, followed by detailed proposals, and, if required, we would follow the process through, until you feel the situation has been resolved. Alternatively, if you know how you want your staff to develop but need some help to carry your ideas into practice then we can provide on-site interim team management.
Performance Management
Employees respond well to a structured performance management process. But in order for it to work it must be established correctly and in consultation with both staff and management. Expectations must be managed on both sides. Staff need to have realistic, achievable goals and must understand their objectives. Personal attributes can be just as critical as technical ability or professional aptitude. A good performance plan will recognise strengths and Development areas. Executive Coaching and Mentoring
You may have already identified Executives, Leaders or individuals who would benefit from external one-to-one mentoring.
